About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a hands‑on Spare Parts & Warranties Officer to support the team in our Wacol office. You’ll help manage spare parts inventory, handle warranty enquiries, organise technicians, and keep repairs moving across our Laverton, Wacol and Perth sites.
Your day will include troubleshooting equipment issues, ordering parts, talking with customers and technicians, and keeping accurate records in our systems. If you enjoy problem‑solving, staying organised and working with a mix of customers, suppliers and warehouse teams — this role is for you.
Your key contributions include:
- Managing and maintaining spare parts inventory.
- Taking customer calls, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and coordinating technicians.
- Building strong relationships with technicians, suppliers and internal teams.
- Working closely with the warehouse and technician teams to improve stock flow and turnaround times.
- Supporting the Spare Parts & Warranties Manager with improving procurement and service processes.
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service in the warranty call queue.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong phone‑based customer service experience, with confident conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation skills.
- A great team player who can also work independently.
- Practical problem‑solver who stays calm when things get busy.
- Great communication skills - phone and email.
- Understanding of procurement processes; hospitality equipment experience highly advantageous.
- Technical knowledge of equipment is highly valued.
