About the Opportunity:  

We’re looking for an energetic Showroom Sales Coordinator to be the face of our Laverton equipment showroom and drive sales across walk in, dealer and online channels.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support customers in person, across digital channels, and through proactive outreach - all while keeping our showroom running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the daily operations and customer experience of our Laverton showroom
  • Assist walk‑in customers, process payments and provide product guidance
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Support website sales and fulfilment activity
  • Make outbound calls to nurture leads and strengthen dealer relationships

This is an on‑site position based at our Laverton warehouse showroom. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, showroom support or customer‑facing roles (hospitality equipment knowledge strongly advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence with both inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Ability to prioritise, follow up and work independently
  • Tech‑savvy - Salesforce or CRM experience a bonus
