About the Opportunity:  
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Analyst to join our ANZ team. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver high quality financial reporting, modelling and insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger performance across SilverChef.

You’ll work closely with leaders to analyse revenue, cost and profit drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure budgets, forecasts and commercial insights are accurate and timely. Your ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations will directly influence our next phase of growth.

Your key contributions include:

• Providing analysis and insights into the commercial operations of the organisation for key stakeholders.
• Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support sound business decisions.
• Reviewing cost trends, identifying improvement opportunities and advising management.
• Ensuring budgets and rolling forecasts are completed accurately and in line with business timelines.
• Conducting trend analysis and financial modelling to support strategic planning.
• Leading best‑practice governance and offering insights on strengthening commercial discipline.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on commercial tasks and improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or related field; CA/CPA highly desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar Commercial Analyst or Financial Analyst role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and influence decisions.
• Proven experience analysing complex financial data and communicating insights clearly.
• Excellent analytical capability with confidence handling large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Power BI experience is highly desirable.
