About the Opportunity:  

We’re looking for a talented Creative Specialist to bring SilverChef’s creative vision to life across our global markets. This role combines creative leadership, hands-on production and multichannel execution - producing content that is channel specific, insight led and commercially impactful. 

Working closely with marketing channel owners and agency partners, you’ll lead the development of creative across brand and campaigns, for paid media, owned channels and local area marketing. You'll help shape our visual identity, elevate creative standards and deliver work that drives awareness, engagement and conversion. 

Your key contributions will include:

• Producing high‑quality creative across global paid and owned channels
• Developing a consistent pipeline of video, animated and static assets
• Elevating SilverChef’s visual identity and creative standards
• Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to deliver effective campaigns
• Translating marketing objectives into compelling multi‑channel creative
• Optimising creative using performance insights to improve results

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years’ experience in a creative or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio
• Experience producing creative across paid and owned channels
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative
• Hands‑on skills in video production, design and editing
• Proficiency with tools including Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use performance insights to optimise creative
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
• Highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working at pace
