About the Opportunity:   

We’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales & Showroom Coordinator to support customers in our Laverton equipment showroom and drive inside sales activity across walk‑in, dealer and online channels. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage the daily operations of our Laverton showroom 

  • Assist walk‑in customers and process payments 

  • Respond to enquiries across phone, email and online channels 

  • Support direct website sales and fulfilment 

  • Make outbound calls to nurture leads and engage dealers 

  • Provide admin and pipeline support to the Certified Used sales team 

This is an on‑site position based at our Laverton warehouse showroom.  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

  • 2+ years in sales or sales‑support 

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills 

  • Confidence with both inbound and outbound sales activity 

  • Ability to prioritise, follow up and work independently 

  • Tech‑savvy - Salesforce experience a bonus 

  • Hospitality equipment knowledge advantageous but not essential
