About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Global Digital Experience Manager to lead our digital strategy and deliver seamless customer and partner experiences across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US.
You’ll own the global digital product roadmap, optimise engagement and conversion, and oversee martech, automation, and web platform development. A major focus for the next 12 months will be the redesign and rollout of our CRM and marketing technology platforms in partnership with internal teams and Salesforce implementation partners.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in digital product management within fast-paced, tech-driven environments
- Expertise in web analytics, CRO, and user testing
- Strong project management skills, including CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with UX teams and agencies
