About this opportunity 

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and delivering solutions as well as building engaging relationships with customers to maximise growth and retention opportunities. 

In this role you will:  

  • Use your outstanding communication skills to engage with customers via phone and email, identifying their needs and delivering solutions. 

  • Build engaging relationships with customers to extend their loyalty with SilverChef and maximize the opportunities for growth and retention. 

  • Contribute to a high-performing culture that values teamwork, feedback, and collaboration. 

  • Adapt to customers needs and situations with flexibility and resourcefulness, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
