About this opportunity

The Salesforce Solutions Specialist is pivotal in designing and configuring technical solutions on SilverChef’s core platforms. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable and supportable. You’ll leverage Salesforce and its ecosystem of applications and integrations to deliver robust technical solutions that align with SilverChef’s objectives.

You’ll join a team that leads and drives impactful projects and initiatives across SilverChef’s global footprint in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA.

  1. Business Analysis and System Design – Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative salesforce solutions.
  2. Configuration and Development –Design and configure Salesforce components, collaborate on larger solutions, and ensure quality through adherence to standards and peer reviews.
  3. Implementation and testing – Support solution implementation and release activities, support testing, and end-user training.
  4. Maintenance and support – Administer daily Salesforce operations, including upgrades, maintenance, and L2/3 support, while evaluating new releases to assess functionality and inform impacted departments.
  5. Governance and continuous improvements – monitor process adherence to governance, offer improvement suggestions, provide delivery expertise, and work with stakeholders to review, track, and address maintenance and upgrade impacts.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3 + years’ experience in configuration and support of Salesforce solutions, with a strong understanding of the platform with a focus on Sales/Service cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification essential.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and other certifications will be highly regarded
  • Understanding of API’s, Salesforce Partner Communities and other Salesforce apps
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills,
  • Experience and passion in providing exceptional support to the business.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to give anything a go, roll the sleeves up and assist when required.
