About this opportunity

As the Industry Partnerships Lead, you’ll be the forefront of cultivating and developing high-impact partnerships across key industry segments. Your role is to spark growth and elevate our market presence by identifying and securing game-changing opportunities. You’ll build and maintain dynamic relationships with industry stakeholders and team up with our internal experts to craft tailored solutions that meet industry-specific needs.

Your strategic acumen will ensure every partnership aligns seamlessly with our company’s goals, driving mutual success. Reporting to the National Accounts & Industry Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and fortifying our industry connections, fuelling our overall business success.

In this role you will…

  • Identify and manage key partnerships in sectors like coffee, pubs, clubs and laundry to meet market reach and growth.
  • Use industry connections to generate leads and drive revenue, ensuring partnerships yield business results.
  • Implement strategies to improve company visibility and reputation through industry events and networking.
  • Work with State Sales Leaders, Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers to create solutions that meet partner needs and aligns with business goals.
  • Track and report on partnership outcomes, providing updates on progress and opportunities to the National Accounts & Industry Leader.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the hospitality or financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Well-organised with strong time management capabilities.
