About this opportunity

Lead and develop a team of sales and solutions consultants to unlock the full potential of our existing customers. You’ll drive growth by engaging proactively with customers, ensuring opportunities are taken for upgrades, new business and building a robust pipeline. With a focus on delivering results, you’ll manage end-of contract options for customers and ensure we exceed sales and retention targets. Your key responsibilities are to amplify customer lifetime value, strengthen loyalty and propel SilverChef’s strategic growth and success.

In this role you will…

  • Achieve sales targets with a focus on both quality and productivity.
  • Lead customer engagement, offering solutions throughout their lifecycle, from loyalty offers to ownership paths.
  • Act as a coach, solving complex problems and driving new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise the customer lifecycle and increase value.
  • Identify and resolve issues that affect sales process efficiency and outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 8+ years in sales and relationship management.
  • 3+ years in leadership within outbound calling.
  • Inspirational leader with passion, energy and optimism.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, leveraging insights effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) with knowledge of customer databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hospitality industry and equipment sales experience advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
